For the Family

Have you ever watched an HEC-TV program and wished you could share it with your family? We know that many of our shows can and should be shared. As a parent or caregiver, you are your child's most important teacher and HEC-TV is committed to helping families learn together. To aid in this effort, we add information to our Teacher Curricula to help parents and caregivers understand how to use these materials with their families. These lesson plans start with a lesson overview, the lesson itself, and then include activities to share with your family. Families may use any or all of this information in our curricula. For further research on your own, each lesson has a bibliography of resources.
