Sister Madonna Buder

Saint Louis native Sister Madonna Buder’s story is so incredible that if she weren’t a nun, you probably wouldn’t believe it.  She started racing in her late forties, and since that time has finished more than 350 triathlons (many of them Iron Man races).  She continues to compete today at 81 years old. This nun’s accomplishments, documented in her memoir The Grace to Race, are inspiring, to say the least.

HEC-TV offers a front row seat to one-on-one conversations with local & national celebrities.
