Kids Rock Cancer

For a few magical moments, kids undergoing the pain and emotional challenge of cancer treatment have a chance to step away from the daily routine and transform, from patient to rock star. Music therapy uses music experiences as a powerful force of change in a variety of clinical settings. Maryville University, which offers the only music therapy degree in our area, provides Kids Rock Cancer free of charge to children and their families. Medicine heals the body; music heals the soul. This documentary is narrated by Bob Costas.

Exclusive live broadcasts of special arts, cultural, and educational events as they are happening in and around St. Louis.
