Kemper Art Museum Investigates Renaissance Prints and Psychological Healing

A rarely seen collection of old renaissance and baroque master prints and an installation by Kader Attia give visitors to the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum at Washington University plenty to explore this Fall. “Renaissance and Baroque Prints: Investigating the Collection” encourages scholarship by bringing out an impressive exhibit which the museum has spent around eighty years collecting, but has not researched extensively. “Kader Attia: Reason’s Oxymorons” explores concepts of psychology, healing, and colonialism through a maze of videos on a wide range of topics. Both exhibits will be open to the public through January 8, 2018.
