Winter Wonderland Astonishes St. Louis for 32 Years

2017 marks the 32nd anniversary of Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park. This enormous display, consisting of about 1.5 million holiday lights, has astonished young and old alike for generations. Recreation Events Coordinator Michael Biedenstein explains how Saint Louis County Parks puts this extravagant display together and also sheds some light on this year’s new displays featuring the Cardinals’ own Fredbird and a homage to Tilles Park’s very first light display.
Winter Wonderland continues through December 30, 2017. For more information about times and pricing you can visit www.stlouisco.com/parks.
