I Went to the Animal Fair….
Host Aaron Mermelstein got up at the crack of dawn so you could see the amazing collection of livestock, birds and even house pets at the Waterloo Illinois Bird & Animal Swap on the fourth Saturday of the month. Chickens are the main attraction but you can buy puppies, kittens and farm animals, large and small. The Waterloo Illinois Fair Grounds has been hosting this unique swap meet for years. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive from downtown St. Louis and it’s a site to behold!
Watch as Aaron Mermelstein brings his unique take on all things St. Louis to HEC-TV through his report on the WF&P Railroad; Cork Ball; Pirate Fest; Kirkwood painters; horseshoes; miniature horses; and much more to come.
