State of the Arts takes you behind the scenes and into the studios of the Midwest's best artists and artisans. Among the stories in this new episode: we'll meet an artists who creates fabrics for her line of designer clothing; we'll find out about how up-and-coming artists are collaborating to create a thriving creative community; we'll see how a pint-sized singer uses her voice for a larger purpose; and we'll listen to the music of a talented volunteer community orchestra.
